• All orders of mini cookies will be shipped out every Monday if placed by the previous Friday. Shipping times are between 1-3 business days after the shipping day. Confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

  Please Note: If shipping day (Monday) falls on a holiday, items will be shipped the Tuesday after the holiday.

• For bulk orders or special occasions, please contact our customer service team for custom packaging and delivery options.

• Please ensure the shipping address is correct to avoid goods being shipped to the incorrect address. Cathryn’s Cake Salon will not be liable for goods being shipped to the incorrect address provided by the consumer.
